高寒高铁职业教育

在“新双高”建设与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的时代背景下，以吉林铁道职业技术大学为案例，基于吉林省多民族聚居与高寒高铁产业发展特色，系统探讨职业院校思政课程创新路径。研究从内涵要求出发，提出思政课程需肩负职业素养塑造与共同体意识培育双重使命；通过构建特色化课程体系、深化产教协同育人、完善实践评价体系，实现铁路行业特色与民族文化深度融合；借助数智化赋能、强化师资队伍建设与扩大成果辐射，推动教学模式转型与资源共享，加快实现“育技”与“育人”的双向赋能，加速达成“新双高”建设中提升人才培养质量与社会服务能力的目标。全面提升人才培养质量与社会服务能力，为职业院校思政教育改革提供理论参考，对培养德技并修的高素质复合型技术技能人才具有重要意义。

Against the backdrop of the second round of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialty Construction Plan with Chinese Characteristics(hereinafter shorted for New Double High-level Plan) and the mission of forging a strong sense of Chinese national community, this study takes Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical University as a case to systematically explore the innovative paths for ideological and political courses in vocational colleges. Based on the characteristics of multi-ethnic settlement in Jilin Province and the development of high-speed rail industry in the cold regions, the research proposed that ideological and political courses should shoulder the dual mission of shaping professional literacy and cultivating a sense of national community. By constructing a characteristic curriculum system, deepening industry-education integration for collaborative education, and improving the practical evaluation system, it realizes the deep integration of railway industry characteristics and ethnic cultures. Through digital intelligence empowerment, strengthening teaching staff construction, and expanding the radiation of achievements, it promotes the transformation of teaching models and resource sharing, accelerating the two-way empowerment of skill education and morality education. It aims to achieve the goals of improving talent training quality and social service capabilities in the high-level vocational schools and specialty construction, to provide theoretical references for the reform of ideological and political education in vocational colleges. It is of great significance for cultivating high-caliber technicians with both professional skills and moral integrity.
