基于“双高计划”下高职院校师资队伍建设研究

“双高计划”背景下,高职院校师资队伍建设成为高等职业教育建设工作的痛点,借助“双高计划”,高职院校能够持续跟进产业、行业与专业的变革,切实提升高等职业教育发展水平,形塑“双师型”师资队伍。文章从提高高职院校的整体育人质量与效率、引导高职院校传统教育教学模式变革、彰显高职院校办学特色与核心竞争力三个方面深入探析了“双高计划”下高职院校师资队伍建设的价值;从学习能力、研究能力、整合能力、服务能力四个维度分析了建设“双师型”师资队伍的内涵和要求;从“双高计划”的实施方案和要求出发,重点研究高职院校师资队伍建设的路向;从高水平学校与高水平专业建设的不同侧重点,分析了师资队伍建设的不同策略。文章旨在提出一个“双高计划”下师资队伍建设的有效路径,促使“双高计划”完美落位。

Abstract:

Against the background of construction plan of high-level vocational schools and specialty with Chinese characteristics, the teaching worforrce building in vocational college has become a crucial problem in higher vocational education. With the guidance of the “double high-level plan,” vocational colleges will follow the reforms in industries, education, and specialty, effectively and form a “double-quality”teaching staff to improve the level of higher vocational education. The article explored the value of teaching worforrce building in vocational colleges from three aspects. It analyzed the innotation and demands for dual-teacher teaching staff improving the overall quality and efficiency of education in vocational colleges, guiding the transformation of traditional education and teaching models in vocational colleges,and highlighting the characteristics and core competitiveness of vocational colleges;analyzed the connotation and requirements of building a dual-teacher teaching staff from four dimensions: learning ability, research ability, integration ability, and service ability. It focused on the path of teaching worforrce building in vocational colleges by following the implementation plan and requirements of the “double high-level plan.”Different strategies for teaching worforrce building were analyzed based on the focus of high-level vocational colleges and that of high-level specialtis. It aims to propose an effective path to teaching worforrce building for the “double high-level plan” and promote the implementation of the “double high-level plan.”
