高寒高铁职业背景下“铁一般体魄”人才培养模式研究

文章分析了高寒高铁职业环境下,职业本科体系内对“铁一般体魄”特色人才的培养策略。我国东北地区地处高寒区域,为进一步提高从业者的在特殊气候条件下的工作能力,就需要帮助其主动适应高寒高铁背景下的复杂工作环境。从人才培养的角度出发,打造“铁一般体魄”特殊人才的重要性毋庸置疑。在职业人才教育中,“铁一般体魄”特色人才培养,需帮助学生不断提高抗寒能力、身体素质、心理素质。只有从不同维度激发学生的内在驱动力,才能使其在日益激烈的岗位竞争中脱颖而出。在职业教育中,科学开展“铁一般体魄”特色人才培养,不仅能够增强学生在毕业后的就业竞争力,还能够显著增强学生对高寒地区工作的适应能力,进而促进我国铁路事业实现长期可持续发展。

Abstract:

The article analyzes the strategies for cultivating iron-strong talents in the professional undergraduate system for high-speed railway in cold regions. The Northeast region of China is located in a high-altitude and cold area, and people there ususally face up with special climatic conditions and working environments. It is necessary to help talents adapt proactively to the complex working environment of high-speed railway in cold regions in order to further enhance their work ability. From the perspective of talent cultivation, it is important to cultivate iron-strong talents. In vocational iron-strong talent education, we need to help students to improve their cold resistance ability, physical and mental qualities through training. Only by stimulating the internal driving force of students from different dimensions can they stand out in the increasingly fierce job competition. In vocational education, carrying out the scientifical iron-strong talents cultivation can not only enhance the competitiveness of students in employment after graduation, but also significantly enhance their adaptability when working in high-altitude areas, thereby promoting the long-term sustainable development of China's railway industry.
