高寒高铁技术技能人才培养模式构建研究

2012年世界上第一条高寒地区长大高速铁路哈大高铁开通运营,该条线路全长924 km,冬季平均气温-25℃,最低气温约-40℃,冬夏温差50℃~60℃。为应对风雪严寒低温冰冻天气,确保列车高密度、高速度运行,保证冬季运行安全,急需培养培训出高寒高铁运营和维护技术技能人才。高寒地区铁路低温和冬夏温差大的运行环境,铁路修建、运营和维护等对技术技能人才的意志力、纪律性及身体素质等方面提出了更高要求。通过创新开发高寒高铁高职专业人才培养方案,创新构建专业行动课程体系,创建高寒高铁产教场景,基于高寒高铁作业全过程,校企共同开发高寒高铁工作页教材、典型作业案例库和立体教学资源,创新高寒高铁作业驱动的教学模式,构建了“快速响应、标准引领、五站递进、作业驱动”高寒高铁技术技能人才培养模式。

Abstract:

In 2012, the Harbin-Dalian High-Speed Railway, the world's first long-distance high-speed railway in cold region, was put into operation. The total length of this line is 924 kilometers. The average temperature in winter is -25 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature is approximately -40 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between winter and summer is between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius. In order to ensure the safe operation of trains during winter, in response to snowstorms, freezing temperatures, and low temperatures, it is urgently needed to train and cultivate skilled technical and vocational talents for high-speed railway operation and maintenance in cold regions. The low temperature and large temperature difference between winter and summer in the high-altitude and high-latitude areas of the railway require higher requirements for the willpower, discipline, and physical fitness of technical and vocational talents in railway construction, operation, and maintenance. By innovation in the talent-training mode, production-education scenarios, textbooks, case libraries and teaching resources, and teaching mode for high-speed railways in cold regions, a “rapid response, standard leadership, five-stage progression, operation-driven” talent cultivation model is established.
